My name is Eliska

I’ve seen how many of us struggle in relationships while lacking the tools to improve them. Relationship therapy is an option, but getting both partners on board isn’t always possible. That’s why I believe one-on-one mentoring can also transform relationships—because meaningful change starts with you.

My passion is helping people break free from patterns that hold them back and build stronger connections. Drawing from over a decade of research into the neurophysiology of emotions, bonding, and attraction, and working as a psychologist, I specialize in relationship dynamics and practical strategies for positive change. My postdoctoral work at Leiden University focuses on equipping individuals to navigate even the most intense relational challenges.

If you’re ready to create deeper, more fulfilling connections, I’m here to help.
